I have been doing alot of looking around online for a good bong, I have just got out the military and was amazed what kind of bongs they have these days!!! I am looking for a nice bong with a perc. in it maybe a diffuser also!!! I have found one online made by Millio i think called the Mad scientest what do you guys think about that? any suggestions where to go online? I dont have any good head shops in my area.

You could try everyonedoesit, or grasscity. I have found that they have the best variety of bongs, pipes and any other smoking accessories...

Simple google search will find you some good online head shops, EDIT (everyonedoesit [dot] co uk) is my personal favorite. If you have a brand in mind, you could always just go to their personal site (eg. roor [dot] de).

Also mulling a bong Am I better off going to a headshop and getting one or is ordering thru the mail safe (I'm assuming its legal) I read on here somewhere that someone got busted shortly after their bong arrived

It is much better to get a bong from a head shop, if you can. You can check the glass for defects and get a feel of the piece to make sure it is exactly what you want.

Also i bought a bong for 45$ at a headshop and I saw it on the internet for 75$ just a different airbrush job. (for the worse)

Id definitely buy it at a shop instead of online so you wont have to deal with online credit card transaction, shipping costs, shipping time, defects etc. I just bought a 15 inch glass on glass bong with a perc, ice catcher and diffuser down stem for $100 last week.
