I vaguley recently bought what I thought was a pipe in the shape of an elephant (It's name is Babar). But now I'm not sure if it's a pipe or a bubbler. It's all one piece but theres a glass tube going from the bottum of the bowl to near the bottum of the indside of the pipe and the pipe itself if you ignore it being an elephant is kinda like and upright peanut. so you could put water in the bottum area and have it work like a bong. So what do you think it was meant to be, bubbler or pipe? (I can probably post pictures if that would help.)
