Hey everyone, I recently broke my glass spoon so I decided to get a glass bubbler.

I have a few questions though.

Do you pour the water through the bowl?

I'm going to be using it, emptying out the water then putting it in 2 plastic bags. Is there a possibility of mold/mildew etc growing from the small amounts of water still left in the bubbler?

Any tips on keeping it clean, and such as a stealth piece?

If at all possible, let the bubbler dry out a few minutes after dumping the water. Also, try to run warm/hot water through it after you dump it. Yes, just fill it through the bowl but be sure to make sure the bowl is dry before you load your herb into it. Don't want any wet herb to be smoked, it won't happen. Q-Tips are gonna be friend if you wanna keep it clean, also Iso alcohol once in a while. I'd say if you use it everday and want to keep it fairly clean, warm water after every use and maybe iso it once a week with some rock salt for abrasion.

Sounds good, the only thing I was just worried about is any type of bacteria/mold etc building up from some stray water droplets sitting in 1/2 sealed plastic bags for 1-3 days at a time.

No don't fill it through the bowl. Fill it through the carb or the mouthpiece. I wouldn't be to worried aobut the mildew thing if it's used everyday and you change the water daily. But if your going to put it away and store it for a few weeks then I would make sure to empty it all the way.

Yeah I definitely would empty it every time. It's the fact that I can't FULLY dry it out completely after I empty it, brings up the question whether or not any type of mold, etc. would form from leaving drops of water and generally being wet.

I've only used my friends bubbler a few times, but since he let's me use it I clean it for him after we're done. I was worried about the moisture thing too, so what I do is just dry hit it, I think this makes all the water evaporate from the inside, although other members may say you're just inhaling lighter fluid.

no not through bowl. you never want to get the bowl or weed wet under any circumstances. Go through the carb or through where you inhale. After use grab the bowl end and just shake it back and forth and thank centrifugal force, it will get mostly dry. its kind of annoying though, you gotta shake it around for a bit after use.
