Glass on Glass vs. Rubber on Glass

Ok, whats the difference between using a glass on glass bong and using a rubber on glass bong? Is one better than the other?

well there technically isnt much of a difference, except you can add a diffuser to GonG ... and they have different style sliders. but i definiatly prefer GonG because of the diffuser, and i like the way it looks also

Actually there is a big difference between the rubber grommet and glass on glass. You get the best possible seal with glass on glass, whereas a rubber grommet usually doesn't have as good of a seal plus they tend to wear out or break over time. The ability to use a diffuser with glass on glass is just an added bonus, as is the fact that you can use an ash catcher with glass on glass.
