If I'm a paying customer in a store and they treated me like that they would lose my business immediately and I would tell all my friends not to spend their money there either. There is a difference between enforcing rules and being a dick head. That store clerk could have just as easily said "Hey man, you can't use the term bong here." and I bet the OP would have never used it again. Instead he just kicks him out like he is a moron for accidentally saying bong. That's just bad manners and a bad way to show a customer u appreciate their business.
