Im kind of in a pickle. I ran out of weed and resin to smoke and my town is dry right now.

So im going to try a little experiment. When i smoke from my bong i dont use a filter so my weed just shoots down into to water and sometimes its still greens. I notice this when i poor out the water into the sink. I always get pissed when i see the greens that i never had the chance to smoke. So today while i was pouring out my bong water i decided to put a few sheets of paper towels over the hole of a big cup. All the water just slowly drained into the cup while any pieces were left on top of the paper towel. So now im letting all the small chunks (about 2 bowls worth of stuff) dry out. I put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and now i stuck a dry peice of paper towel on a baking sheet and im trying to flash dry it in the over.

I just pulled it out of the oven (halfway expecting to find it completely burned up). The paper towel is browned up a bit. Im now gonna get ready to smoke it. Im expecting to get high and the taste is probably gonna be terrible.

Heres something that I do sometimes. I think you could use rubbing alcohol, but in this case I feel better using strong alcoholic beverages, like everclear. Anyway, I pour it into my bubbler, and shake it around allot, then I pour it onto a pyrex tray. Then I set it in the sunlight for a while and let the everclear evaporate. It works best on when the tray is big, so that the resin laced everclear spreads out. Once its evaporated there will be a layer of resin on the tray. Just use a spoon or razor to scrape it up.

years and years ago, a friend and I tried this......and theres a reason why sefveral years later, I still find the idea repulsive. It was among the nastiest tasting shit I've ever smoked, making both reson and ABV seem downright pleasant to smoke in comparison. I have no issue washiong the "leftovers" down the drain after finding out how they taste
