Yep, THC is alcohol soluble... so the THC would probably be absorbed by the alcohol. I don't like the taste of alcohol and weed mixed... gross. I just like my smoke au-naturale

I have tried a few things before....

1. HOT(warm) water
2. JUST CRUSHED ice
3. SNOW*
4. Apple juice (clean bong after use)
5. Water with pieces of fruit in it(oranges and strawberries)**


*snow didnt werk all that well until it melted and then it was estentially just water

try some cherry 7up and some ice it works pretty well but may leave your utinsile all sticky

i like really hot water (dont melt the bong, tho). it gives you steam hits.

I've never thought of that, but I think it's a really good idea. It still cools the smoke, and yet it's kind of like an inhaler... steam opens up your air passageways, and probably lets you absorb more THC that way... very good idea! Only a stoner would think of something like that

yeah it was me and it does work to some extent but if the water is too hot then you choke on the steam and then its hard to take hits

you gatta use listerine! for those minty fresh hits!

personaly if i use a bong i dont put anything in it even water...i read somewhere prolly hear that even water absorbs a considerably good amount of thc and i dont have bud to waste...if anything i would use ice water as it would absorb less thc.. pure crushed ice only sounds pretty sweet too

listerine .. i tried that yesterday

We put a bunch of ice and listerine into a blender and blasted it. It made what looked to be THE PERFECT slushi. The only prob was it HAD way too much listerine. I would definately reccomend this but dont use too much listerine and substitue in some water to get it blended into the right consistency.
