My birthday is coming up and I've decided to get me a new piece. I can't decide between a bong or a bubbler. Please help me decide. Of course, *ahem
I will strictly use it for uh smoking tobacco and nothing else....

I'm more of a bong person so I would say go with a bong. Everytime I smoke with a bubbler someone will spill it.

What exactly is a bubbler? I always assumed that a bong and a bubbler were the same thing, given the bubbly noises that a bong makes. Can y'all fill me in? Thanks!

you'll probably end up owning both sometime in your smoking carerr. I personally have a spoon, bong, and bubbler (best pieces to have IMO). And its a great choice to see waht to toke with first, but since you can only choose one piece now a decision will have to be made. I would say get a good bubler first, as they rock and are have good portability.

Go with the Bong. It seems more appropriate for the birth day event. Save bubblers and pipes for simpler occassions like valentines, easter, x-mas, etc. Birthday's are more personal, in my opinion, and should be celebrated with such things as cars, houses, and BONGS!

A bubbler is a pipe which looks like a hammer but is filled with water. The smoke runs through the water like in a bong. The only real difference besides shape is that a bubbler is a small, portable version. I would get the bong, even though he posted that quite some time ago.

are u looking BUBBLER-portable, kind-of secretive as in not so obvious, not as much filtration and cooling as a bong, but much easier to use and maintain.
BONG-for use with massive rips, and for getting ****ed up or for taking a hit and chilen, more filtration and features like ice chambers, i think it gives u more bang for the buck, cz ive seen bongs for 120 and bubblers have the size for the same price
