Hahaha, I'd feel weird giving my bong to a glass blower. "Hey buddy, can you fix my...umm...sculpture? :P But this is true, I'd fix it right and be able to keep it for many years.

For now, if you wanna keep it looking sharp you could try, I dunno, tape? Like clear tape, unless it will melt. If we had a picture we could probably make better recommendations.

I had a problem with my bong, water dripped from the button. What I found that worked is Rubber cement, that Elmer's type seems to work best. Just apply and let dry.

Go to your local auto parts store and buy some Glass Sealant (usually in headlight/tailight/window accessories). It's like caulk, but is designed for glass surfaces.

I've seen it in clear and black. Just put a little on your fingertip and slide it over the leak. Should work like a charm and wont look messy if you apply it nicely.

1) grasp the stopper firmly.
2) Firmly (but not too firmly) push the stopper into the bong and twist
3) Repeat as needed or until paranoid about glass breakage.
4) If steps 1 - 3 fail, Replace stopper and repeat.

Rubber is cool stuff. It compresses so as to fill all the chinks in the hole it fits
in. trust in the rubber, or replace it.

Be careful. See if that stuff is going to go up in flames if you heat it. Yeah, it's unlikely, but make sure that you're not going to blow your bong up instead of repairing it.

That would be a site to see, a bong blowing up in someones face as they light it... ouch.

But i would assume he already tried to seal it with the rubber stopper...

If you're refering to the stuff I suggested, I doubt it.

After it dries it becomes really soft and rubbery... I think the worst that could happen is a bit of melting. (I think this stuff probably has a pretty big temperature range, too...used on vehicles that sit out in the sun all day and out in the freezing cold). Even so it's not directly on the bowl (if i'm understanding this right...) so the chance of it getting to extreme temperatures isn't that high.

I dunno for sure though, definately something to check on.

I would just try and use a little super glue if the leak is small. If it's a pretty big leak use that glass caulk stuff taiyed was talking about. My last thought was why not just buy a little pipe?
