Im thinkin of buyin me a nice bong..i was thinkin a 14-16" glass one..plastic will jus not do for me. I was wondering, how do you carry your bong to special occasions or places when you feel it is required? I was thinking a backback would work, but there would be a VERY good chance of a 16" glass bong breaking in a backpack..even from the movement of the backpack as you walk. Any help would be usefull, thank you

Oh yeah..and if needed i may even get a smaller one..because im startin to think a 16" would be way to hard to transport..but ill see what you guys have to say.

i dont travel w/ bongs, i have a pipe for that. i did that once, got stoped by the cops and had to bust it.

i had a 14 inch one and it either broke when it fell out of my truck while in my backpack or when i left it there and forgot to put it back in ( i was cleaning truck out). parents broke it... sucks but whatever

if you want one to travel get an acrylic bong

i dont necceciarally want one that is transportable..just for like special occasions like smoking at peoples houses with it or parties and such. But an accrylic bong sounds like a good plan..are they clear?

I carry my bong in my jacket pocket... but it's a 6 inch acrylics one so that doesn't help you much. If you go the backpack route, I suggest wrapping it in a towel or something, maybe bubble wrap if you can find it. Or a nice hard box would be best, if you can find one the right size.

Edit: Acrylic bongs can be clear, but they're usually colored. The most common ones are cylinders about 2 inches in diameter.

Edit2: Just so you know, acrylic is plastic, which you said you didn't want. But for transporting, theyre the simplest.

there are some padded pouches big enoughfor even 2 foot bongs.

yeah, my friends got a two foot bong in a big ass case which protects it very well. definately a good investment if youre gonna be spending a lot of money on some nice glass.

The bong I bought came with a little wooden case with padding inside. I carried it around everywhere in my backpack. It was about 12" high glass bong with a huge bowl. It cost me about $60 bucks.
