Yesterday I was in New Brunswick, NJ when I saw an amazing bong that caught my eye. It was about 16 inches tall, and had a built in bowl and a carb, but most importantly, a gel reservoir that ran the length of the tube section of the bong. The saleswoman explained that if you put it in a freezer the gel will become very viscous, but not freeze or crack the glass, and it will cool the smoke all the way into your lungs. It was so amazing and so thick, with some artistic fuming and marbles around the bulb. Anyone seen anything like this online, if you can, drop the link.

Dudes! I've thought about making one of these too! Like using the blue gel freeze stuff thats in ice packs and sandwiching a layer of the gel in between the sides and base of the bong so it cools the smoke, and also a huge ass round base so you can put tons of ice in it and the smoke goes through a lot of water. If anyone finds this on the internet somewhere, please post the link! I actually won a plastic mug like this that had a similar idea but i believe that it was just water that you freeze, not the blue ice pack gel stuff.

Wow, I'm glad the concept has had such a warm reception, the store, Hit It Big was selling it for $404.00 and the gel inside was clear. I've looked around the net for something like that but I can't find it. :-( Plz Hlp.

The ability to take in a huge hit since the smoke is cool it feels like breathing in air. If its hot smoke, its harder to get a large hit.

I've ran that over in my head, but would the smoke pass through the chamber long enough to be cooled by the liquid through the glass?

Anyways, the closest thing I've seen online is NWGA's liquid filled 6" Pipe.

is the smoke passing directly over the gel, or just through a compartment where the gel is sealed in?

what im getting at is does the smoke come in direct contact with this gel? I would find a gel that you know you can breathe in and wont have any nasty taste or negative side effects

If I'm not mistaken I think the gel is in the walls of the pipe throughout the tube so it cools the smoke.
