I was just wondering. I'm planning on buying a bong and there are ceramic, glass, acrylic, and others. Which one is the best from your experiences? Thanks! ![]()

I'd say definately a nice glass bong is the best, but it depends on the circumstances. If your going to be carrying it around, bringing it to partys, ect. stick with an acrylic bong, theyre lightweight and dont break.

| Glass smokes the smoothest, but Arcylic is much more hardy to drops. If its going to sit in your room, go glass. If you're going to be traveling with it, I would go acrylic.

Like the previous posters, I would say go with the glass. Unless you are going to be moving it around, I would suggest a glass bong over another type.

My old faithful is an acrylic Toke Master, but I used to have a steel bong that was awesome. You could get that bitch cooooooold. And hot too. It had a rubber gasket type thing around the mouth hole. Cool metal stem and bowl. A nice brushed finish on the outside, but smooth on the inside. It was probably about...24 inches tall. And glass is nice, but I have to echo what these others have said about glass not being as practical. You just have to consider your smoking environment. And an acrylic bong can last a long time. Sure, you can't use alcohol and get them spotless when you clean them, but you can get them pretty close with an aquarium brush and dishwashing soap.
