 im considering making a water bong out of home materials, i got all the materials i know what im doing blah blah blah...but i dont quite understand why and how the carb is used, if you can answer this question id appreciate it. happy tokin' | |

| New Member |  Hey.. The carb is mainly used to 'clear' the pipe. Usually when your ready to end your hit you 'open' the carb, and when you first spark it up you keep it covered. If you didn't use a carb, smoke would never stop comming from the bowl. |
