Let's keep out of the whole resin smoking argument, I enjoy smoking it sometimes so we'll leave it that.
what i'm wondering is there anyway to collect the resin from a bong? like, the water-are? I've onl recently started liking bongs, thats why I ask.

well I suppose you could pour out the alcohol after cleaning it, then let it all evaporate, and you would have resin. I don't know if it would be possible to get all the alcohol out though, and you wouldn't want to smoke that. If your desperate you could try this, but I wouldn't suggest it.

The beauty of cleaning with alcohol is that it evaporates. Just make sure you don't have one big ball of pipe resin. The more surface area exposed the better and quicker the alcohol will evaporate.
