The easiest bong method is as follows, but it only works with plastic bottles, and best used is plastic water bottles:

Fill the bottle with water
Make an incision about 1/4 of the way up with a knife.

Empty out the water.

Stick a bowl in that slit you made, if you're really strapped you can use the shaft of a pen, and for the bowl be creative.. again if yer really stuck you can cone up some tinfoil, but i really don't advise that due to altzheimers etc etc..
After it's in, put peanut butter or some other sealing agent (peanut butter works best) around the hole, and then tape it up with regular electrical tape.

Fill it back up with water until it's at a decent level, and you inhale off of where you'd normally drink the water.

That's it.. it works amazing for 1 time usages, you cant keep it though so throw it out when you're done.
