|  Can I use a hooka as effectively as a bong? I like hookas and smoking shisha from them but how can I get one or how can I modify one to smoke cannabis or tobacco? Also, are hookas and bongs better for health than regular pipes? |

| You don't have to modify it to smoke mj. You can buy them from some of the same places that sell other smoking devices, plus specialized shops like smoking-hookah.com. And although hookahs use indirect heat, they still produce smoke. You just get a more mellow hit. And smoke is smoke, no matter which method you use, provided the device is a safe one for smoking. |

| Me and my friends bought a piece that replaced the part where you put tobacco. We bought it as the same headshop we got the hookah. It was a bowl that you put on the top. It takes 2 lighter to work effectively and it was great. Ours could hold about an eighth of weed. |

| a common thing at some colleges is to mix shisha and weed and smoke it like you would hookah its been called in my town spisha and sprinking |

| mix it with some hooka tabacco and it will be just fine to smoke, or just smoke it with straight weed |

| I smoke weed out of my hookah with friends pretty regularly, and I can assure you that it works fine; without doing anything differently than you normally would in your hookah set up/ smoking process. I have done weed alone, and weed mixed with shisha. Mixed with shisha, the high is always a bit more mellow. |

| Me and my buddies smoke hookah and greens pretty often, it's very relaxing, and tastes delicious. Just buy some sheesha, pick good flavor too, I like strawberry, then grind up your buds, and sprinkle it on top of the sheesh, mix it in with a poker a little, and smoke. If you're smoking with a larger group then maybe use a half eigth, if its only a couple of you, then just put in a gram and you should be set. |
