Are bubblers clear like bongs or do they have opaque colouring like pipes?
Just curious

also are they relitively small?
Cuz im thinking of getting one, because i cant hide a bong from my mom

Also, do they have better hits then pipes?

Well Bongs can be opaque and pipes can be clear so the first part doesnt make much sense

They are basically a bong/pipe mix. It is a pipe with water filtration and provides a smoother smoke as opposed to a pipe but not as much as a bong. They are pretty small, just a little bit larger than a pipe. Go to your headshop and look at a few, they are pretty useful pieces

I mean i really dont get much higher from a bong than a pipe, but it does cool the smoke so you can take larger hits.

answer is a definitive YES it wil most def cool the smoke i can take monster rips from my bub but i have notices after a three bowl the smoke heats up a lil but it still tons smoother than a dry pipe and a bub can be used dry as well as with water

I just bought a new bubbler on tuesday. $40 and its pretty damn thick. I had the guy pull out almost every one in the case until I settled on mine. Always go for the thickest piece you can. For one, thick glass is more durable, and it also doesn't get hot as quick which makes it better for smoking in circles where lots of hits are being taken.

A bubbler is my preferred method of smoking. It is small, hits really well, and its just a fun way to smoke. Glass pipes and bubblers are both made from blown glass, so they generaly have very similar designs and patterns on them.





PS- Bubblers stink (as in smell bad) if you dont rinse them out often and clean them completely every couple of weeks with alcohol and salt (search the bulletin boards to learn how to clean your pipes well)

double bubbler is where its at. I just got a small double bubbler for 65 bucks and it rips hard. The thing is green and blue swirled with a clear connection piece so you can see the inside milking. I love it
