| Here it is again. Natural tobacco plants contain nicotine. They can be genetically modified to contain more or less nicotine than usual, but nicotine is found naturally.

| That I dunno. What I was saying is that natural tobacco plants contain nicotine. It might depend on the blunt/cigar wrapper product. EDIT Wait, I found something. According to this guy, blunt wraps do contain nicotine. Quote:

| The amount of THC that can dissolve in the bong's water is insignificant. |

| allright we have established that a bong gets u more ripped but a J lasts longer. so then im guessin that if u smoked almost as much or as much MJ in a bong as with a blunt u would get more ripped and for longer right?? |

| In my opinion, yes, but isn't that exactly what the rest of the thread was about? |

| Okay, here's how it works: joints/bowls/vaps burn the outside of the weed more, usually only leaving it brown/black, you get the same amount of THC as with a bong, but less of the other cannaboids. With a bong, it's not that you stay high for less time in terms of THC, but the "stoned", "bong" high wears off faster. Because a bong burns weed more completely to gray, hits are bigger, more efficent, you get more stoned-high, CBNS, etc. The main reason for this is the airflow advantage bongs have. Ever smoke a gravity-bong? Notoriously the best high, because of the intense airflow (oxygen) you can get to the weed. Note, this is independent of flame-heat, the weed itself needs oxygen to burn. In fact too much heat is counter-productive. Of course, a nice J here and there is great esp for going out and doing activities. However, the paper does leave a distinctive smell, so more noticable. Burn efficency is definitely less in a blunt/joint, but will vary also depending on how it was rolled. |
