hey i have a bubbler and its clogged with a shit load of res and i dont want to pour alcohol through it cause i want to smoke the res. what can i do to unclog it?

Get a paper clip or other poking device and basically scrape that bitch clean. That can be near impossible if it is a double bubbler and the blockage is in the second chamber, though. The best way is honestly to dissolve the resin in a solvent and then filter it out.

you could try and smoke the res or use alchol the evapoaret the alchol and smoke the res thats left over

It's not worth the risk. Unless your bubbler has a nice downstem. Most bubblers I've seen have had really skinny downstems. Running a paper clip through it could easy cause it to break.

Just pour alcohol down it, put some salt in it and giver her a good shake. It keeps it from stinking also.

Also...idk about yours. But my buddies was a double chamber bubbler. It got clogged to the point when it was totally dry (w/ no water in it) I resin hit it for weeks, and got retarded. However...to thoroughly clean it (if you don't like to use alcohal or nail polish remover (aceytone) ), boil it. I've never had a problem doin this. keep changin the position of it in the pot whle it's boiling. (ps...i wouldn't do this if your parents don't know you smoke, while they're home, and not in their good cookware, cause once you boil in that pot...I wouldn't use it again for anything except boiling pieces). Then use poking devices (toothpick, pipe cleaner, paper towel, etc.) wipe/clean out whatever resin is left. Thoroughly dry it out...and before packing it I reccomend just dry hitting it a few times, to dry out the inside completely, and make sure it hits well, and doesn't need to be cleaned further. Then I'd fill it back w/ water, pack that bitch up...and toke away!!!

boil it, me and my friend just did it with all of our pipes, bublers and bongs, just throw them in a pot of boiling water, then boil the water down until it is the consistancy of tar, then spread it on a cookie sheet, put the cookie sheet over 2 burners, put burners on low until it is completly dry, and theres your resin, the more pipes you have the better,

we got a resin ball the size of a golf ball, it will smell like shit mixed with old burning shoes so open a window

just a side note, use old pans they are very hard to completely clean, and the cookie sheet my warp when on the burners, ours did
