My daughters birthday is comming up and she asked for a four foot bong. I cant find one. Help! What sites can I go to that will have one of this size? thank you

i would say go to your local headshop, have her pick it out you just pay for it, or if you want to buy a decent bong do a google search on either Roor or AMG, both are expensive bongs, but worth it if you ask me, or volcano their is a 4 footer quadrupal perculating bong for 200

while a 4 ft bong sounds awesome.. and it is.. i think it would be more trouble than fun... think about it.. get her a like a 2ft roor or phx... believe me thats all you will need.. a 4ft is very likely to get broken.. unless you can find one of those massive acrylic bongs..

id always wanted to go to lowes and get one of those 5 or 6 foot clear pvc tubes and then add a bowl to it. it would be nice if you could set the bowl up near your face and have the stem drop down to the base of the chamber so you can light it yourself. then again i suppose this is something you would use in groups anyway

oh and you should be the responsible parent and get her a volcano vaporizer

BAD idea...PVC pipes shouldn't be used for any kind of smoking, as they emit fumes when heated to rather nominal temps. Unless you're a fan of toxic fumes, I'd come up with another material aside from PVC

IMO, anything above 2-3 feet is too big for a bong.

My question is why you would want to blow a ton of money on a shoddy 4-foot bong when you could get 2x 2 foot bongs, or perhaps 1 really heady 1-3 foot bong for about the same price.

How would you transport it home? I don't think you could really get it mailed to your house in one piece, sounds like an unnecessary risk.

Perhaps look into some of the glass blowing companies such as Roor or PHX.

this is going to take the thread slightly off topic here but is a pvc bong really that bad for you? I made one a while and smoked out of it a few times before stopping because I was worried about the fumes and got a glass pipe, but really, does it do that much harm? The bowl we used was obviously not pvc, it was just something for the smoke to pass through and I can't imagine the smoke getting hot enough to release any fumes. We used a metal bowl, plenty of ice and cold water so how does that release any fumes? To me it seems like just putting your mouth up to piping and sucking through it. Does the smoke really get that hot to release fumes as it travels through the pipe?

as long as no flame touches the pvc you have no problem but once it starts burning then you do. but if you have a metal or glass bowl you should be alright.
