well i have tried the whole salt and rubbing alc, but that barley made a dent, it is still solid caked cause my friend never realy cleaned it out much and never realy used water, i cant get a paper clip in their either, i would boil it but my parent probably wouldnt like that

so any other advise cause its very small so not much liquid can get in to it, its only about 4 inches long

You need to get a container large enough to submerge the entire pipe in. Fill the container with alcohol then let the pipe sit overnight. The tar inside will liquify and you can easily rinse it out. You need to let it sit overnight though.

q-tips work pretty good in addition to alcohol. I would fill a large bowl or Tupperware container with alcohol and let it sit, then use the q-tip to wipe it down then rinse it out well.

If you boil it after your parents go to sleep and keep a fan above the stove on, the smell will be gone by the morning.

alright got it clean, left it in acetone for a few hours then rinsed it out and did the whole acetone and salt for about 2 minutes straight, got most of it out, the rest i got out with salt and water

yea and if the alchool doesnt work. Acetone works great. But make sure you rinse that puppy well before your next session

yep thats what i did, and i rinsed that thing out with water more than a few times

Id put it into a large pot and bring it to a boil...

After that, turn the stove off and let it cool till you can fetch it out...

Then, use the salt/alchohol method.

Another method to try is to soak the bubbler in a bath of warm water with an Eferdent (sp?) tab. (those denture tablets)....Works wonders with bongs??

Dunno if its brought up often but its a different way of cleanin... the way i get my bubb's really clean is to pour cascade or other dish detergent into your glassware and fill/shake/repeat with hot water, comes out as clean as your glasses in the dishwasher

If smell is an issue you can toss all that in a ziploc bag and
shake it in the bag.. careful though, they aren't always water-tight!!

if youre worried bout your parents finding a soaking bubb , you can always resin hit the thing that usually gets my bubbler clean enough to be smokeable, and i get high in the cleaning process.
