Marijuana Strain Wiki:

Sativa Strains

Sativa Strains
Sativa strains range from about 6 to 25 feet in height. The leaves are thin-fingered, long, and are light green. The light color is due in part to less chlorophyll and more yellow pigmentation so as to guard the plant from extreme light. These buds are thin and long, much less densely populated as opposed to Indica, although longer in length, at times stretching out 3 feet in or more along-side the branch.

Sativas are often characterized as energetic and uplifting, typically enjoyed during the day-time. The effects from a Sativa are generally cerebral. They provide a feeling of optimism and wellness, in addition to delivering pain relief for specific symptoms. They're known for having a hallucinogenic, spacey type of effect. Sativas are a fantastic option for daytime smoking. The cannabis created by Sativa plants are often higher in THC and lower in CBD than many Indica plants. This indicates marijuana originating from a pure Sativa strain will deliver an energetic, more clear-headed, type of effect.
