Depending on one’s experience within the realm of cannabis consumption, some may never have heard of vaporizing.

  4. Concerning whether “holding it in” or shallow puffs is better: my personal experience is that breathing in and out of a breadbag dozens of times is better than either. The friction against lung surfaces may permit better absorption of cannabinoids than just static holding. What many don’t know is that if you hold the lighter far enough away that the air entering the screened crater of your one-hit utensil is the correct temperature (340-390 F) you can VAPORIZE almost as well without an expensive instrument. “Joint” smoking has been a bonanza for the $igarette companies, especially in Europe where dubious mentors teach youngsters to mix with addictive tobacco.
